About Inheritance in Islam and Quran:
Islam teaches that the deceased person, if he had any good and wealth, should leave his wealth to his nearest and dearest relations. The division of his property should be made among his dependents on the basis of their relative position. In particular, the son should be favored over the daughter, the brother over the sister, and the nephew over the niece. This gives them the right to live off the deceased's property. Islam also commands that the inheritor (the first person) should give the bequest (the money) to his wife or children, his father, his mother, and his sister. The bequest should not be given to anyone else.
